As a consultant at HRpepper Klementine supports companies with their strategic preparation for the future. She is convinced that continuous adaptation is essential for the development and ultimate success of organizations. Therefore, she aims to accompany and support people and organizations on this fascinating journey. She sees organizations as complex human networks, which is why she believes that Transformations will only succeed by enabling the people that make up the firm. With a holistic view and a pragmatic approach, Klementine supports clients with strategy development and alignment of processes and culture.

Before her time at HRpepper Klementine studied international business with a focus on strategy and organizational development in the Netherlands. While gathering practical experience with the consulting industry and organizational transformations, she discovered her passion for strategic human resource management and organizational design. This led her to specialize in Strategy during her masters and research on the topic of psychological safety and speaking up on supervisory boards.

If Klementine is not on the road for HRpepper, she can be found strolling through Berlin with her camera looking for the perfect shot or exploring a new city or country.
