Ulrike is a communication scientist, coach, systemic organizational consultant and career advisor. Her professional career includes steps in political-historical education, consulting with a focus on change management and systemic strategy development, leading leadership and career development programs, as well as cultivating exchange in challenging and diverse networks.

Ulrike is passionate about designing leadership journeys that support people and organizations in dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty and unpredictable dynamics, that have a stabilizing effect and contribute to safe navigation in shaping leadership in transformation.

Theoretically, her work is anchored in systems theory and constructivism. Through persistent questioning, she always incorporates the system-relevant environments into her work. The heterogeneity of personalities, experiences and competencies – diversity in thinking – is exposed and valued as a positive contribution to the organization.

Ulrike finds her balance at her regulars’ table, with her morning yoga-challenge group, while running and hiking, rarely at the piano and while traveling with her family – the latter preferably by train.
