Learning needs experience! HRpepper will be hosting the “Learning Experience Design” master class together with Niels Floor in Berlin on January 23rd, 2020. We are looking forward to welcoming participants who want to know more about the design of learning experiences. In the evening you are invited to an open meet up on LXD; in the premises of HRpepper starting from 6pm, participation is free.

We use all senses available to us to make decisions, make sense of our environment or process new information. When designing learning formats, sensory experience is often neglected. Learning Experience Design (LXD) utilises this principle and combines insights from user experience design, instructional design and neuroscience to create effective learning experiences. It radically addresses the needs of the user.

This master class teaches the basics of LXD

HRpepper is happy to offer an in-depth master class as well as a meet up on the topic of Learning Experience Design together with Niels Floor, a pioneer in Learning Experience Design, on January 23rd, 2020, in Berlin. This master class teaches the basics of LXD and aims to apply this in practical examples such as mind set, applications and tools.

The meet up in the evening gives you an opportunity to network and exchange experiences. We invite everyone who is a Learning Experience designers and people who design learning processes and are looking for suggestions for a new perspective on learning.
